Munich, Germany (SportsNetwork.com) - Bayern Munich secured a 2-1 win over Wolfsburg on Friday in the Bundesliga opener for both sides at the Allianz Arena.

The defending champions got off the mark in the 37th minute through Thomas Muller before Arjen Robben added a second goal shortly after halftime.

Former Bayern man Ivica Olic scored in the 52nd for Wolfsburg with a fine long-range effort, but the hosts held off a late rally to claim three points.   Full Story
